Week 5 – Development Time

Month 2, week 5! We have made it through the initial phase of the project – which was the setup and “admin” work. We are now advancing to the development phase. To start out with, we will be working on getting our MVP features up and going before anything else. While we are working on those, we are also collaborating with each other on what features each of us what to work on. Which I will say, is amazing since everyone has great ideas!

Milestone: Meeting with our Mentor

During this week, we met with our mentor to give them a breakdown of what we will be doing. We provided links and granted access to our systems so they can track our work. You know, to make sure we are doing work and not just being lazy! But this will also give them the chance to see what we are doing and provide feedback as needed.

With that feedback, we will be able to enhance our app even further than we planned. Throughout this process, we will be doing a lot of feedback session. Not only with our mentor, but with end users as well. Giving the chance to get the publics opinion on the application and from there, we can develop further

Next Steps

Now that we have our base line down and the development infrastructure going, we are able to move forward with our coding. We, as the team, got together and we all expressed our interest in features we will be working on. From there, we will be developing thing!
